Get Ethical Fair Use Policy
- Get Ethical does not allow competitive claims.
- Get Ethical does not allow duplicate products – all products authorised are on a first come first served basis.
- Suppliers are encouraged to demonstrate their USP - unique selling points - and advertise the products that define them in the market. Get Ethical is about diversity and character, sharing the space and working together to make an interesting, worthwhile and transmodern market.
- Suppliers are allowed to list up to 100 products in the database once a block of clicks have been purchased. For an annual additional fee of £100.00 (+vat) suppliers may list up to 200 products. Please get in touch for more details.
- Images that are reasonably similar to a current and existing image being used by another supplier are unacceptable.
- All spelling must be accurate and all product images should be clear, high quality & high resolution.
- The destination URL must work and lead to a fully functioning website relevant to the product picture.
- Any implied affiliation must be backed up with documentary evidence – e.g. Soil Association accreditation.
- All product descriptions must be accurate.
- Starting a product title with ‘A’or An’ie: ‘A nice product’ with the clear intent of getting the product to the top of the said category is prohibited
- Starting a product title or product description with the words SALE with the clear intent of gaining extra traffic is prohibited.
- No offensive material content is permitted.
- Where possible your EJ member badge should be apparent to users when they have clicked through, so as to demonstrate your commitment to practicing responsibly and with complete transparency.
- Requests for users personal information should be supported with a visible and fair privacy policy.
- Sites taking personal information for anything must be secure.
- All images, ads, offers and campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of Ethical Junction CIC membership.
- Get Ethical retains the right to refuse products/images.
