Description
Almost half of the children that die in Bangladesh have been malnourished.
Around 45% of under fives are underweight with many affected by stunted growth, iodine deficiency and anaemia.
Christian Aid partner CCDB works with local community groups to establish nutrition programmes that help children at risk.
The programme provides a nutritious diet of vegetables, pulses and rice, transforming weak and listless toddlers into healthy and inquisitive children.
