40 capsule trial size quantity of Colosan Capsules (the full bottle contains 90 capsules) for first time users. Please note, the trial size will be sent in a plain snap bag without a label, so please read the Dosage Notes and the links on our main page on Colosan Capsules for detailed information. ? Very basic dosage suggestion (see links for more information): - ? 1-4 capsules once or twice a day on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Avoid food for about an hour or more after taking. Please note, the more you take, the stronger the effect will be!
