Description

This is another member of the NakedPan range. The Roasting Pan has raised grill lines enabling your roast to be sealed off prior to roasting it in the oven. It also enables the meat to be separate from the juices and fat.

The Naked pans are coated with - nothing. They are completely naked. The naturally occurring non-stick surface is created by kiln firing the pan at a high temperature until an iron oxide forms. The more the NakedPan is used, the natural nonstick surface becomes. The grey silver colour will also become a wonderful black shiny cast iron pan that cooks vegetables, meat, tofu, stir fry, eggs or bacon wonderfully crisp on the outside and juicy inside (does not leach the natural juices and goodness).

All you do is lightly season the pan before first use and you will have a non-stick surface that actually gets better the more the pan is used.
