A challenging solar powered model, with gearbox and battery, to build and wire. Once correctly assembled the Alien walks along a flat surface. Tricky but worth it!

Learn how a solar module can power a gearbox. Learn how to build a gearbox and how automatic transmissions and motors work. Make a simple wiring circuit with solar panel, battery, motor and switch. Use a slide switch to select battery or sun powered operation.

Illustrated instruction included. Requires screwdriver, long nose pliers and AA battery. Contains over 100 parts to put together. Not suitable for under 3s due to small parts. Adult help needed.
